WorkLog ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Data We Collect
WorkLog stores your data on your device (and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud — see below). We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our own servers.
The app stores the following data:
- Job names, hourly rates, and currencies you create
- Work logs including start time, end time, and break durations
- App preferences and settings
iCloud Sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, WorkLog syncs your jobs and logs across your devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your own private iCloud database, which only you can access — we cannot see it. If you are not signed in to iCloud, your data stays only on your device. You can turn sync off by signing out of iCloud in iOS Settings.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No account registration is required
- No personal information (name, email, phone) is collected
- No location data is accessed
- No usage analytics or crash reports are sent to us
- No data is sold or shared with third parties
In-App Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.
Data Export
When you use the share/export feature, report content is shared only with apps or services you explicitly choose. WorkLog does not send this data anywhere automatically.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
